Application:
Roller conveyors are used to transport products with a regular base shape, e.g. cartons, boxes, storage containers, transport pallets, or EURO pallets. Roller conveyors are also used in places where there is a need to change the direction of movement – by roller turntables or curve roller conveyors. Roller conveyors can also be used in palletizing systems, where the design of the transporter allows products to be picked up from below, e.g. by an industrial robot.

Drive system:
Depending on the application and technological requirements, roller conveyors can be driven by roller chains or various types of drive belts – round belts, multi-ribbed belts, HTD belts, etc. The drive can be transferred from roller to roller or from the main shaft. Depending on the needs, roller conveyors can be driven by geared motors or by a drum motor.
Control:
The most popular control methods include systems with a frequency converter. Additionally, the transporters can be equipped with sensors that control their work. The entire system is built in an electrical cabinet and was made in accordance with the applicable safety standards.
Rollers characteristics:
The choice of the rollers type depends on the requirements of the transport system and the specific working conditions. The most commonly used rollers are made of PVC, galvanized or stainless steel. If necessary, the rolls can be covered with additional coatings.
